Patton Legal Services is a top-rated process server, skip tracer, and notary public. We are proud of our talented team who help us exceed our clients’ expectations! We serve more than 10,000 documents each year and our talented team makes it all happen! Our administrative and operational staff help us with document prep, scheduling, and much more! Our 30+ process servers in Arkansas and our network of affiliates across the country help us serve documents across the country. Patton Legal Services helps attorneys, paralegals, debt collection agencies, businesses, and families with their process server, skip tracing, mobile notary, and online notary needs. We have service levels for service of process to meet your timing needs and most of our services can be ordered online.

Meet Us - Moses

Support Coordinator

Moses joined our team in 2023 as a Business Support Coordinator. Moses is our scheduling wizard and Workflow guru. He provides project support and takes care of the essential administrative duties that keep us ahead of the curve. Moses enjoys helping our clients and team!

Meet Us - DeLynn

Administrative Coordinator

DeLynn spent her childhood in a small town in SW Arkansas called Grannis with her 3 sisters and 4 brothers where she remained raising her kids until her and her husband moved to NWA 20+ years ago.

DeLynn has worked in the world of law since 2001. In April 2024, she proudly became a team member of Patton Legal Services. DeLynn is excited to help support Patton Legal Services and all our amazing clients!

Meet Us - Mitch

Process Server

Meet Nathan (Mitch) Langston – Mitch has owned a property management company, sold a business, shared his love of sports by working as a martial arts instructor and business owner, and now he's working exclusively for Patton Legal Services! He brings his business acumen and property law expertise to the team. Mitch joined Patton Legal Services as a process server in 2024 and he looks forward to working with our clients and helping us exceed customers’ expectations.

Meet Us - Billy

Process Server, Skip Tracer, and Private Investigator (PI)

Born and raised in Springdale, Billy is a proud dad to four kids with his wife of 17 years. He is a retired law enforcement officer who spent over 20 years on the force protecting NWA, and now—thanks to a personal appointment by the mayor - he serves on the Parks and Rec Committee for the City of Elkins!

Billy has also worked as a process server for the past 13 years, and as a licensed PI with a degree in criminal justice and CLE hours in Paralegal Studies, Billy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to PLS. IN 2025, Billy joined Patton Legal Services as an exclusive process server and PI. Billy looks forward to helping our clients serve legal documents, skip tracing, and private investigations.

Meet Us - Cody

Process Server, Skip Tracer, Online Notary, & Mobile Notary

Cody was born and raised in NWA and has 6+ years of process serving experience. He has previous experience as a Property Manager for 11 years. During that time, Cody managed several hundred doors. The experience increased his understanding of the eviction process and how to assist property management companies during the process.

Cody founded Patton Legal Services in 2017 to help legal professionals with their process service, skip tracing, and mobile notary needs in Arkansas. Since then, Cody has focused on expanding his team. He has also started offering process service nationwide and added online notary services. Cody is grateful to be blessed with such a great team and looks forward to continuing to grow Patton Legal Services!
