Mobile Notary

A mobile notary is a notary public who offers the convenience of coming directly to your location for notarization services. Unlike traditional notaries with fixed offices, mobile notaries travel to meet clients at their preferred locations, such as homes, businesses, workplaces, or any other convenient spot. It's important to remember that mobile notaries must have a valid notary commission to legally provide these services. Patton Legal Services holds a notary commission in the state of Arkansas, offering mobile notary services in the Northwest Arkansas area for your convenience. To ensure a smooth notarization process, please be prepared with the necessary documents and information. Before your appointment, make sure you have the completed document you want to notarize, a valid photo identification card that complies with state regulations, and any other individuals who need to sign the document, along with their respective identification. Additionally, remember to bring payment for the notarial fees. By having these items readily available, you can streamline the process and avoid any unnecessary delays.

Online Notary

As a reputable Notary in Arkansas, Patton Legal Services offers Electronic Notary (E-Notary) services to our clients. We are a certified E-Notary, having completed the required training mandated by the Arkansas Office of the Secretary of State to become a Remote Online Notary (RON). Our E-Notary commission runs concurrently with our traditional paper notary commission and has the same expiration date. Our E-Notary services enable us to notarize documents remotely using computer technology. The process is similar to traditional notarization, but it utilizes a secure web portal for the notarization process. We use Notarize with Proof, a leading provider of remote online notarization, to facilitate this service. To begin the E-Notary process, we review and verify the signer's legal identification. The signer then completes their digital signature using secure signature capture software. After the document is signed, our Notary fills out the necessary certificate information and affixes a digitally encrypted stamp. We provide detailed instructions on how to access the electronically notarized document.

Skip Tracing

Skip tracing is the process of locating individuals who have intentionally avoided being found. There are various reasons why people might choose to disappear, including evading debts, child support payments, or fines, anticipating a summons for a legal violation, being sought as a witness in a court case, or having outdated information that needs to be updated. The term "skip tracing" originates from the phrase "skip town," which refers to the act of leaving a location abruptly to avoid detection. Patton Legal Services offers skip tracer solutions to help find people who have skipped town.
